Would you like to play a key role in helping local businesses in your local area bridge the digital divide?
Are you currently in a role that involves market research, gathering market intelligence and knowledge to help make business decisions – this may involve working with analysts but also getting “out there” to speak with local businesses face to face to gain insights and potential interest in a product or service?
We are a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, we are developing our fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP / FTTH) broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.
This role will support the decision making of where we build next.
This will involve research to gain insight into potential new village and town locations, identifying businesses in these that could benefit from FTTH / FTTTP Broadband, arranging and attending meetings with local business owners to explore their needs and their appetite for our Fibre Broadband and VOIP products – ultimately providing the business with feedback to help make a decision on progressing with a build in that area.
With this in mind, if you have previous experience and knowledge of FTTH / FTTP builds and the considerations needed to be taken into account, eg Wayleaves, Build Feasibility / Viability, etc then this would be highly advantageous.
Key however is the ability to identify, nurture and build successful business relationships with business owners and key decision makers, then being able to put together a business case to support and justify a future build.
This a field-based role that will involve approaching and meeting businesses face to face therefore we are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident with this and brings a consultative approach to establishing levels of interest and potential commitment to a future service.
If you have worked in a similar type of field based, consultative development type role, we would love to have a chat.
