Responsibilities
* Define and execute strategic communication plans for global campaigns targeting both internal and external audiences
* Drive compelling content creation and manage multiple communication channels to effectively reach diverse stakeholders
* Lead transformative communications initiatives that support organizational change and employee engagement
* Guide and develop a team of communications specialists while managing cross-functional relationships
* Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in corporate communications, encompassing both internal and external stakeholder management
* Strong expertise in developing strategic narratives around organizational values, employee programs, and corporate initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to manage public relations, government relations, and corporate social responsibility communications
* Excellence in creating engaging written and visual content across multiple platforms
* Outstanding leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring communications professionals
