We are pleased to be working with an excellent company who are looking for an accounts assistant (strong sales ledger) to join the finance function on a full-time permanent basis. This role reports into the finance manager and will support other departments who report into finance. Duties and Responsibilities: Creating and sending invoices to customers on schedule. Recording customer payments and ensuring they are applied to the correct accounts. Following up on outstanding payments from customers. Setting up new client accounts and keeping them updated with accurate information. Banking and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. Handling customer queries about invoices, payments, and account balances. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes by providing accurate data and reports.
