The Role
This is a senior, strategic commercial hire within a high-growth AI business already gaining strong traction across the UK public sector. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, selling a genuinely differentiated SaaS platform into local authorities and wider public sector organisations. You’ll operate within complex, stakeholder‑heavy environments and play a key role in shaping the company’s go‑to‑market strategy as they scale.
What You’ll Do
* Own full‑cycle enterprise SaaS sales across UK public sector accounts
* Build and manage strategic pipeline activity, supported by SDR resource
* Engage senior stakeholders across local authorities, procurement, operations, and leadership teams
* Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales environments and long procurement cycles
* Refine ICP, commercial messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy
* Feed customer insight directly into product and company direction
* Maintain strong forecasting, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting
About You
* Extensive experience in complex B2B SaaS sales environments
* Proven success selling into UK public sector organisations or local authorities
* Strong understanding of public sector procurement, frameworks, and stakeholder management
* Track record of exceeding quota within complex enterprise sales cycles
* Experience operating within startup or scale‑up environments
* Commercially sharp, highly organised, and consultative in approach
* Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and autonomy
* Genuinely mission‑driven and values‑aligned
