Work closely with the Home Manager on audits, governance, compliance and CQC standards. Champion best practice in elderly care and dementia care across the service. Mentor, supervise and develop the clinical and care team. Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation. Build strong professional relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare teams.
