Overview
Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Impulse) – Luton. Permanent full-time, field-based role with salary from £28,796 and a 12% performance bonus. Company van, fuel card and tech provided. This role represents Red Bull within Acosta Europe Impulse and involves front-line store engagement to drive availability and growth.
Responsibilities
* Own relationships with key in-store decision makers; influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
* Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
* Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores; spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
* Report activity accurately and provide market insight feedback.
* Drive sales in your territory with a results-focused mindset; manage in-store execution to maximise visibility and turnover.
What you will be doing as a Field Sales Representative
* Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers.
* Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
* Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
* Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
* Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit.
* Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.

What we are looking for

* Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
* Full UK manual driving licence (Essential).
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not a must. Attitude, hunger and drive are valued more.
