St Joseph’s Services provides Housing Support / Care at Home services to adults with a Learning Disability living in their own homes.
The Practice Development Leaders, as the registered managers of our circles of best practice are responsible for leading our services to ensure the people we support lead full and independent lives as active citizens within the community and provide a safe, welcoming and sustainable working
Practice Development Leaders are members of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the overall strategy and operations of St Joseph’s Services. The Practice Development Leader will uphold St Joseph’s Services Vincentian Philosophy and Values.
Key Duties:
•\tWork at all times within the values of St Joseph’s Services and act in ways that create an inspirational, healthy and respectful environment for all.
•\tTo oversee and ensure the development and implementation of best practice within a circle
•\tTo keep up to date with research, best practice, local strategies and initiatives in your field
•\tTo contribute to the strategic plan of St Joseph’s Services and develop and implement an operational plan for the Circle
