About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Subject Matter Expert to join our product engineering team, supporting critical customer engagements with a focus on cloud infrastructure, application reliability, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage technical support for top-tier customers across their AEM cloud infrastructure
* Provide hands-on technical expertise in cloud-native environments
* Develop and maintain robust cloud solutions using cutting-edge technologies
* Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments
Technical Requirements
Essential Skills
* Expert-level working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Strong programming proficiency in:
* Java (primary language)
* Python
* HTML/CSS/JavaScript
* Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies
* Kubernetes (K8s) expertise
* Azure cloud platform experience
* Comprehensive understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building and supporting web-based applications
* Background in customer-facing technical roles
* Exposure to AI/ML technologies
* Testing protocols and automation expertise
