OUTSIDE IR35 Trafford Park Day Rate negotiable Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a well established engineering consultancy delivering complex projects across the UK regulated water industry. The role focuses on wastewater process design and technical leadership across a varied project portfolio. Project Exposure Projects include but are not limited to: * Upgrades to wastewater treatment works including UMON 3 and 4 schemes * Design of new wastewater treatment works and capacity increases at existing assets * Non infrastructure clean water projects Key Responsibilities * Ensure the design team produces deliverables that meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements * Identify appropriate and efficient process design solutions from scopes and site visits and communicate these to the client and wider project team * Direct, mentor, and develop engineers and graduate engineers * Review and approve design deliverables, design risk assessments, reports, and specifications * Check and approve mass balance calculations, process sizing, hydraulic calculations, process flow diagrams, control philosophies, and commissioning strategies * Guide design in compliance with relevant technical, professional, and water company standards * Ensure all project de...
