Full time 37.5 hours per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working
Are you a highly experienced clinical pharmacist with a passion for high quality patient centred care? Do you have experience across a wide range of medical specialities? Are you experienced at working within the wide multi-disciplinary team and showcasing the unique skills which the pharmacy team can add to patient care? Are you keen to harness the skills of both pharmacist and pharmacy technicians to support the development of pharmaceutical care fit for the future? If you can answer yes to all of these questions, we are keen to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced clinician and inspirational leader to join our team as the Pharmacist Manager - Medicine Optimisation / Clinical Lead for Care of Older People & Frailty within the Pharmacy department. at MKUH. This will be a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
