About the Role:
Were seeking a confident, customer-focused Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support front-of-house and housekeeping teams during your shift
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest queries
Monitor health & safety, security, and cleanliness standards
Handle any operational issues swiftly and professionally
Support training and development of junior staff
Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of senior management
