A bit about the role…
The Senior Finance Data & Insight Analyst will be part of the Finance Operations team and report to the Finance Data & Insight Manager.
What you’ll be doing…
* Ensure compliance with Allwyn’s policies, procedures, and processes, and deliver a consistent, accurate approach to retailer data capture, storage, and manipulation.
* Monitor retailer changes actively using data assurance tools and third-party technology.
* Implement enhanced Data Control, Governance, and Assurance for our Retailer dataset to maintain high-quality information.
* Validate retailer data changes before entry into SAP, including changes to names, addresses, contact details, company structure, and bank accounts.
* Ensure data is correctly captured at each stage of the retailer lifecycle.
What experience we’re looking for…
* At least two years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role.
* Ability to organize and interpret large datasets.
* Strong analytical skills for data scrutiny.
* Experience managing large data sets.
* Ability to produce clear, relevant reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with SAP and ES systems.
* Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
Key Measures of Success:
* Compliance with data strategy and data dictionary.
* Timely action on data error flags.
* Review and correction of data exceptions.
* Monitoring significant retailer changes.
* Validation of bank account and retailer records changes.
* Management of retailer termination and COPs processes according to SLAs.
* Review and validation of retailer agreements.
* Regular data validation and reconciliation.
* Providing guidance and training to junior team members.
* Deputizing for the Data Assurance Manager when needed.
* Upskilling other functions on data strategy.
* Producing monthly KPIs and SLA reports.
