Position: First Line Manager

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (12:00-20:00)

✅what You'll Do
* Effective day to day ownership of the allocated shift within the Delphi Borgwarner operation
* Conduct monthly 1-2-1's and performance reviews with your team
* Communicate out timely reports of KPI's reporting completing handover reports at the end of each shift
* Ensure Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
* Accountable for briefing and training the team with regard to any procedural or process changes and ensuring that the required level of checks and balances are in place
* Communicate productivity, profitability targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected of them
* Ensure adequate safety monitoring processes are in place to promote safety first culture
* Ensure regular checks are carried out of all MHE, Safety equipment and WI care points
✅this Role Would Suit People Who
* Previous warehouse management experience (First Line Manager or above) is essential
* Supervisory skills - managing individual performance, absenteeism, conflict and development
* Excellent communications skills - Verbal and written
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* A hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on and in the right way
* System knowledge would be beneficial (Blue Yonder), Microsoft packages
* Smart time knowledge/experience would be beneficial
* Ability to execute site plans efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
