As a Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers while supporting the marketing team with content creation, order updates, and general communications. It’s a dynamic position with real scope for growth and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Process customer orders and track deliveries using internal systems
Support the marketing team with social media scheduling, content, and campaigns
Respond to product queries, returns, and general support needs
Work with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in the creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and online posts
Monitor and report on customer feedback and engagement
The candidate:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or marketing support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using CRM and order management tools (training provided)
A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
