Kitchen Team Leader – Premier Inn Portsmouth Havant South (Langstone/A27)

What you'll do:
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll take the next step in your Chef career. You'll oversee kitchen operations, grow your team, create popular meals, and contribute to the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread.
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs across the hotel
• Lead during service—organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to specification, including Premier Inn breakfasts and pub classics
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, train the team, and keep records up to date
• Step up during shifts, run operations, and support new team members
• Learn kitchen management skills to prepare for more senior roles as you grow with us
