Job Summary
We are seeking a carers with compassionate and dedication to delivered exceptional care in the role of an Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to individuals in a home care setting visiting clients from home to home, ensuring their comfort and well-being. These roles involves assisting with daily living activities, cooking English dishes, keeping the environment clean at all times and fostering a positive environment for our clients. Jobs are located in Sutton ( Mon and Sun and and 21, total of 22hrs weekly
Jobs located in Sutton and Merton area Monday-Sunday start at 7.00 and finish at 20.30 pm, these are pop-in and daily hours work is anything from 6.5 hours to 8 hours daily.- Must have experience of health acre or a nurse back ground from your original country,
Duties
* Support clients in daily activities including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
* Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment within the care home or during home visits.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in IT and communication relevant to the role.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a home care setting is desirable but not essential.
* Able to cook English dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
* A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
