Job Description
The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team provides top-tier digital products, services, and skills to enable auditors of the future to set industry standards for professional services, leveraging digital, data, and technology to be the leading practice for audit quality, client service, and operational excellence.
The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for communicating the DAT’s story and supporting everyone in the practice on their digital journeys.
A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, you will:
* Manage stakeholder activities, especially with audit teams across the UK, promoting digital audit benefits and gathering feedback to improve our digital offerings.
* Set goals with Digital Audit Champions and ensure their accountability, fostering knowledge and application of digital solutions through targeted engagement and expanding the Digital Audit Network.
* Implement the Digital Audit communication strategy, delivering consistent messages via SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and training sessions.
* Work closely with the DAT Training Hub to strengthen digital learning resources.
* Support the DAT Knowledge Hub to ensure audit teams have access to high-quality resources for efficient, high-value statutory audits using digital tools.
* Collaborate across teams to keep knowledge, communications, and training relevant and up-to-date.
* Take on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve the DAT’s strategic goals.
