OVERVIEW: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR Are you passionate about supporting people to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours? Do you have an innovative approach to breaking down barriers to learning in the classroom? Can you tailor learning, support and advice for learners to ensure each learner makes excellent progress? Are you qualified and experienced in Functional Skills Delivery? If the answer is 'yes' then we would love to hear from you! We are currently seeking an experienced Functional Skills Tutor to deliver and coordinate the successful completion of Functional Skills qualifications, for a well-established training provider. Delivering Functional Skills Maths & English up to L2 in a classroom environment, you will work closely with learners to make a genuine impact on learner progress and outcomes. For the right candidate this position will offer real autonomy to plan, deliver and support learners and we really welcome innovation and creativity when considering the best ways to engage learners both in the classroom. This role is centre-based (Middle Wallop), but you will need to be flexible to travel to other centres when needed.
