Summary
To be the primary point of contact for customer queries, pre-sales enquiries, spares sales and after sales service for the Kohler Mira business. Liaising directly with customers mainly by telephone to resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with pre-sales enquiries, product selection, availability and location of showrooms
* Taking in-coming calls, identifying customer requirements and initiating appropriate actions in a timely manner
* Resolving post-sales issues and technical product support
* Arranging service visits, spares sales and promoting service and extended warranty policies
* Outbound follow-up telephone calls
* Ensuring customer service levels are exceeded in-line with company and department key performance indicators
* Creation and promotion of brand awareness issues
* Provide cross functional Administration support as required
Skills/Requirements
* Ability to understand technical issues and resolutions
* Experience with customer contact/interaction
* Good communication skills
