Job Responsibility:
Guest Service Agent to join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South, a short distance to iconic Oxford and near Abingdon, Didcot Garden Town, Milton Park, Harwell, and Bicester Village.
The Role
* Deliver lifelong memorable experiences for guests.
* Work with the Front office team to create an amazing guest journey.
* Help drive, maintain, and exceed guest experience targets.
* Enable the hotel to be renowned for its guest engagement.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all procedures are completed and maintained.
* Handle check-in/out with a proactive and friendly attitude.
* Adopt an enthusiastic approach to guest service, demonstrating Marriott & Hotel Values.
* Display fantastic showmanship skills and ensure an 'awesome arrival' for guests.
Person Specification
* Experience in the service industry is preferred.
* Natural guest service provider with a confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
* Fun, dynamic, and adaptable.
* Cash handling experience is preferred.
* Experience with Marriott or a comparable luxury brand is desirable.
