Exciting Opportunity: Women's PSI Group Worker – West Sussex We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Women's PSI Group Worker to join our West Sussex Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service. This is a Countywide Role offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women facing complex challenges. Some of the women we support may have experienced trauma and may not feel safe working with men. Do you have experience supporting women in trauma-informed environments? * Please note it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 for the successful applicant to be female. * Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary : £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 * Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured groupwork sessions for women with substance use issues. Provide 1:1 psycho-social interventions (PSI) for individuals unable to engage in group settings due to barriers such as neurodiversity or other protected characteristics. Offer short-term motivational sessions for those who are resistant to group participation. You’ll be a vital part of our Psycho-social Interventions Team, contributing to the delivery of our core programme and wider service workstreams. Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners and female-specific services to ensure holistic and coordinated care. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with women affected by trauma and substance use. Strong understanding of neurodiversity and inclusive support approaches. Experience of delivering Groupwork Proven ability to work effectively in multi-agency settings. Flexibility to travel and work across West Sussex.
