1. Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, with an OTE of £45,000 per annum based on hours sold, budget achievement & customer service scores.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:20am to 5:30pm, with 1 Saturday morning a month.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Aftersales Manager as become available at our client's award-winning franchise-approved car dealership in Newport.
Reporting to the General Manager & Managing Director and responsible for a small workshop team of 4 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Aftersales Advisors, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.
The successful Aftersales Manager will live within South East Wales and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
