Job Overview
As Entertainment Hub Co-ordinator, you will manage entertainment group enquiries in collaboration with the Groups and Meetings & Events teams, aiming to drive conversion, increase demand, and maximize market share. You will be the main contact for entertainment clients, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to departure, requiring exceptional customer service, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of entertainment group enquiries, from initial contact to confirmation.
* Coordinate with the Revenue Team to ensure rates meet client budgets and win business.
* Respond to agent enquiries with proposals, maintaining professionalism and consistency.
* Organize site visits with hotel sales teams.
* Work with groups and M&E hubs to issue contracts and follow up to maximize conversions.
* Ensure booking details and contracts are accurately communicated to hotel operations.
* Support hotel teams to deliver entertainment standards and client satisfaction.
* Contribute to strategies to grow the Entertainment Hub and improve client satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with entertainment agents.
* Handle complaints efficiently and professionally, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
* Assist in preparing performance reports as needed.
Knowledge Required
* Understanding of Leonardo Hotels’ standards, products, and services.
* Knowledge of Opera PMS, Sales & Catering, and Salesforce systems.
* Awareness of competitors' offerings and pricing.
Performance Metrics
* Profitability through conversion and sales leads.
* Contribution to the Entertainment Hub’s yearly performance.
* Feedback from agents and clients.
* Proposal and communication quality adhering to brand standards.

Candidate Profile
