Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are recruiting a reliable Pastoral Manager to work with schools throughout Dinnington, including those in the S25 postcode, ensuring strong student support, wellbeing strategies, and positive behaviour.
As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing students’ emotional development, building strong relationships, and working closely with staff and families to remove barriers to learning.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead pastoral care initiatives that promote student wellbeing and inclusion.
* Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies where required.
* Monitor attendance, behaviour, and engagement.
* Contribute to safeguarding and child protection practices.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Pastoral Manager or in a similar pastoral role.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
