Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and carry out individualized physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical function, alleviate pain, or prevent dysfunction.
* Perform and document initial examinations, evaluate data to identify problems, and determine diagnoses prior to intervention.
* Assess patients' general physical condition through examinations.
* Record prognosis, treatment details, responses, and progress in patient charts or electronic records.
* Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures for continued care at home.
* Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments to maximize benefits.
* Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
* Provide personal assistance, medical attention, and emotional support to colleagues and patients.
* Perform other office and record-keeping duties as required.
* Work shifts vary: Monday-Thursday 7 am - 9 pm, Friday 7 am - 7 pm, with weekend rotations.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
* Valid Physical Therapy license or valid permit with registration within one year of employment.
* Relevant certifications.
* Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience preferred.
