Job Description:The RoleReporting to the Reward Manager or Manager of Reward, the Reward Analyst, is a member of a global Total Rewards team that focuses on providing a Total Rewards package that is full of opportunity, supports a culture like no other, and provides a sense of excitement for the future, delivered in an engaging and impactful way.
What you'll be doing- Be knowledgeable of European Reward (compensation and benefits) practices, trends and competitive insight, and legislative and regulatory requirements that influence reward policies and frameworks within a global organization.
