Job Description: The Role Reporting to the Reward Manager or Manager of Reward, the Reward Analyst, is a member of a global Total Rewards team that focuses on providing a Total Rewards package that is full of opportunity, supports a culture like no other, and provides a sense of excitement for the future, delivered in an engaging and impactful way. What you'll be doing Be knowledgeable of European Reward (compensation and benefits) practices, trends and competitive insight, and legislative and regulatory requirements that influence reward policies and frameworks within a global organization. Delivery of European Reward strategy, principles and objectives Supports the Reward team and HR partners, line managers, and other business stakeholders using in-depth analysis, consulting skills, and rewards expertise Partners with the Reward team, business and HR on Reward opportunities and delivery of business requirements Supports and oversees country-specific Reward programs and manages programs within established policies and processes Performs analysis to assist in decision making on job offers, benchmarking, job evaluations Provides support to European Reward in the design, build and implementation of new Reward programs and concepts Supports on Reward items raised by local third parties (e.g. governments, works councils, vendors, etc.) Coordinates with European Reward on annual Reward activities (i.e., merit review, benefit renewals, bonus, stock options, etc.) including legislation compliance, communication and engagement with HR, business stakeholders and Associates, and local vendor management What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Retail industry experience is an advantage Experience of CBA’s and Works councils would be advantageous Strong analytical and consulting skills Strong communication and presentation skills, at all levels of the organization Ability to build relationships, gain credibility and establish trust quickly Ability to use initiative, generating innovative ideas and providing effective solutions Strong organizational skills and attention to details Curious and open mindset Ability to flex and adapt to a fast pace changing work environment Able to deal effectively with ambiguity Ability to handle confidential data without prejudice Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and entire Microsoft Office Suite You must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying to.
