The Role
As our Risk & Compliance Manager, you will:
* Ensure compliance with SRA standards and regulations, AML requirements, GDPR, and other legal obligations.
* Develop, implement, and monitor risk and compliance policies and procedures.
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Deliver training and guidance to employees on regulatory responsibilities.
* Support the Risk & Compliance Partner with client due diligence, AML checks, and risk management processes.
* Work closely with senior leadership to drive a culture of compliance and best practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience in a risk and compliance role within a professional law firm.
* Strong knowledge of SRA regulations, AML and data protection laws.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
