Executive Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative and business support to the Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief of Corporate Affairs, playing a key role in supporting them to achieve their responsibilities in relation to the Connells Group Corporate Plan.
This role will be based in Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard with some flexibility to work from home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Extensive calendar and diary management
2. Management of Executive email
3. Board and Committee pack compilation and distribution
4. Attendance at meetings and minute-taking where applicable
5. Provision of general administrative support
6. Preparation of correspondence, reports, and other documents
7. Arrangement of travel and accommodation (including international)
8. Liaison with clients, colleagues and other EAs
9. Management and oversight of business projects
10. Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses, including submitting mileage
11. Arranging dinners, social and corporate events and public appearances
12. Production of timelines and reviews of Executive projects
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
13. Time management to include prioritising tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
14. Outstanding written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing (emails, reports) and in person.
15. Ability to build relationships and interact with a range of people, both internally and externally, is essential.
16. Handling sensitive information- capable of dealing with confidential matters discreetly, often with access to private business or personal information.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email clients, and calendar tools.
