Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant.

* Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
