You’ll head up a team of four analysts, work directly with senior leadership, and play a central role in shaping how marketing effectiveness is measured and improved. The Role: You’ll act as the bridge between complex analytics and commercial decision-making, translating insight into clear, actionable strategies. With direct access to the C-suite and marketing leadership, you’ll influence spend across multiple channels and ensure analytics is embedded at the heart of every major investment decision. Key responsibilities include: Leading a high-performing analytics team, developing capability and output quality. Partnering with marketing and finance to optimise budget allocation and strategic planning. Overseeing the delivery of the marketing analytics roadmap, introducing new tools and approaches to improve measurement. Coordinating cross-functional teams and agency partners to align on performance narratives. Presenting insight-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear commercial terms. Your Profile: Proven leadership experience in marketing analytics. People management experience Experience working on marketing measurement, attribution, MMM Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategy. Broad channel experience, ideally across both digital and traditional media. Hands-on with tools such as SQL, Python, R A strategic thinker who can connect data to business outcomes.
