The Role
As a Neurosurgery Sales Specialist, you'll manage relationships across key NHS neurosurgery centres in the Northwest. You'll be theatre-based daily, working alongside consultants, theatre managers and procurement teams to support the full neurosurgery product portfolio - from aneurysm clips and endoscopes to dural substitutes and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily theatre presence supporting surgical procedures
* Developing and maintaining relationships with neurosurgeons across 5 centres
* Account management across consultants, theatre staff and procurement
* Achieving territory sales targets through strategic account development
* Product training and clinical support
* Accurate opportunity tracking via Salesforce

The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
* Sales experience in theatre environments (spine, orthopaedic or similar clinical settings)
* Proven track record selling technical products at all levels
* Understanding of NHS and private hospital buying processes
* Strong relationship-building skills - exceptional ability to work with consultants
* Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
* Resilient character who doesn't give up and always finds solutions.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally/internationally
* Medical devices
Highly Desirable:
* Neurosurgery experience
* Theatre product sales background
* Existing relationships with neurosurgeons

Desired Skills and Experience
Theatre-based sales experience (neurosurgery, spine, orthopaedic or similar clinical environments), proven ability to build relationships with senior clinicians, strong NHS buying process knowledge, and crucially - team player mentality. Years of experience matter less than cultural fit and capability. We've successfully hired both graduates and industry veterans.
