We currently have a number of excitingroles within our Resources and Transformation directorate at Salford CityCouncil, playing a key role in shaping the future of the council and how wedeliver services to our residents. The roles will sit within the OrganisationDevelopment team to enable us to continue to build on our success andbring new experience, knowledge, and ideas into the team.
You will be a role model of our values and buildcollaborative and effective working relationships to make positive changehappen. You will have relevant experience in:

About the Role
What will you be doing?
Reporting intoan OD and Culture Change Lead you will play a key role in the successfuldelivery of a programme of key strategic projects, engagement and transformationrequired to develop the organisation and its people. This is an exciting new role, and you will beexpected to:
5. Lead the engagement of organisational development and design initiatives including creating plans and approaches to meet the council, staff and residents’ needs
6. Support our workforce through transformation and change
7. Be innovative in developing new ideas and ensure people are engaged and have a voice in solutions
8. Bring internal and external stakeholders; business areas, residents and employees, on the journey, through effective engagement
9. Embed a positive and enabling culture aligned with the Council’s priorities and values to drive a high performing organisation
10. Be creative about how we help shape the organisation
