On behalf of our client, a highly successful recreational supplies business, we are recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The role involves handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
* Answering calls and web / email customer enquiries
* Offering sales and product advice to customers
* Using inhouse database
* Processing orders
* Liaise with couriers
* General administration duties
* Management of google / Trustpilot reviews
* Product review management
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers
* Good problem solving skills
* Desire to deliver solutions and a fantastic service
* Competent IT skills (Word / Excel / Outlook)
* Positive approach with a good work ethic
Hours
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary
c£26000 pa
