Key Responsibilities:
* Own the firm's audit quality risk strategy.
* Design and implement a client attraction and business development strategy.
* Execute plans to grow the audit practice and expand market share.
* Mentor, coach, and develop senior audit talent, building a strong talent pipeline.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You will bring:
* Significant experience as a senior audit professional, ideally at Director or Partner level within practice.
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex audit matters.
* Proven experience influencing audit quality, methodology, or regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of an audit portfolio.
* Commercial mindset with the credibility to represent the firm to senior stakeholders.
