This role bridges business strategy, product vision, and technical execution to ensure timely, high-quality product releases aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from planning through release and continuous improvement. Partner with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans. Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver ServiceNow and cloud-based solutions. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure alignment between product roadmaps and cloud platform capabilities. Oversee integration and deployment strategies across Azure, GCP, AWS, and ServiceNow environments. Implement delivery best practices, governance standards, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership. Translate product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans. Ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality product releases. Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize features. Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes. Remove impediments impacting team performance. Act as primary liaison between engineering, product, QA, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Provide transparent status reporting, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams. Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in IT delivery, project management, or product management roles. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Solid understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices. Excellent stakeholder communication skills. Proven experience managing enterprise product delivery in complex, cloud-driven environments. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform (implementation, customization, or delivery oversight). Hands-on familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services architecture and services. Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Experience coordinating multi-platform releases involving ServiceNow and cloud-hosted applications. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware concepts. Ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and resource planning across distributed teams. Experience working with infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM), ITIL processes, and operational workflows. Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment across business, product, and engineering groups. Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, automation pipelines, and release management. Experience with vendor coordination and third-party platform integrations. Strong data-driven decision-making skills using delivery metrics and KPIs. Knowledge of cloud governance, cost optimization, and scalability best practices. Experience leading change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility delivery programs. Excellent documentation, reporting, and executive communication skills. Understanding of security best practices, identity management, and access controls in cloud ecosystems.
