The Role
The college seeks a Land-based Service Engineer to deliver a new national apprenticeship scheme. Responsibilities include providing practical and theoretical instruction, developing the program, liaising with employers, and making site visits across the UK. Collaboration with college FE teams is essential. A passion for servicing agricultural machinery, working with high-tech equipment, and engaging with young adults is required. An endorsed Teaching Qualification is preferred or willingness to obtain one within a year.
