What we are looking for in a SEN Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable. Demonstrates strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and a patient, nurturing approach to supporting children. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with parents and professionals. Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, changing environments, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development in SEN practices and strategies.
