Success in this role is built on strong outbound phone sales experience. You will be speaking with clients daily, building rapport, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth through meaningful conversations. What Youll Be Doing: Build & Grow Client Relationships Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe Conduct regular account reviews to understand needs and identify growth opportunities Deliver exceptional service that builds long-term loyalty Drive Sales Through Outbound Activity Proactively engage clients through daily outbound calls Promote and sell our full suite of solutions including Fuel Cards, Telematics, Toll Services, Ferry Bookings, VAT Reclaim, and Breakdown Assistance Confidently handle objections, upsell, and cross-sell Consistently meet and exceed sales and retention targets Support & Onboard Clients Guide new customers through onboarding and product setup Provide training and ongoing support on systems and services Monitor Performance & Identify Opportunities Track account activity, usage, and trends Spot risks and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver results What You Bring Proven outbound phone sales experience (essential) you are confident initiating conversations, building rapport, and closing business over the phone Strong communication and relationship-building skills A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment Analytical skills with experience using CRM systems, Excel, or dashboards Full clean driving licence (occasional travel required) Desirable (but not essential) Experience with fuel cards, telematics, or toll solutions Knowledge of VAT reclaim or transport logistics Background in fleet, logistics, or mobility services Why Join Morgan Fuels?
