Duties:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues, receiving training from current team members to ensure seamless workflow
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to manage warranties effectively and meet deadlines
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate warranty procedures
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of warranty claims
- Provide excellent customer service and support for warranty-related queries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or similar automotive warranty role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical dealership systems
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes and warranty systems
- Customer service experience within the automotive sector is desirable
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive warranty management are advantageous
