Role | Private Client Solicitor
Experience | 2–7 years PQE
Based | Birmingham
Offer | £40,000 – £65,000 per annum
We are partnering with a respected and long-established firm who are looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor to their growing team. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to a broad range of private client matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
This position provides the chance to manage a diverse caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who offer guidance and support, ensuring high-quality client service and opportunities for professional growth.
Typical duties would include:
* Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning
* Handling probate and estate administration matters
* Acting on tax planning and succession issues
* Liaising with clients, family members, and other professionals
* Managing files from instruction through to completion while maintaining high standards of client care
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced in private client work, ideally with 2–7 years PQE
* Able to manage a caseload independently, with excellent organisational skills
* Detail-orientated and client-focused, with strong communication skills
* Keen to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive team
