As demand for electric vehicle parts continues to grow during the global transition from petrol and diesel vehicles to EVs, we are expanding our team and currently have exciting opportunities available.
The Role
This is a sales-driven position focused on maximising online performance and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue through the effective listing, promotion, and sale of electric vehicle parts via our online platforms.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Creating high-quality, optimised online listings to drive sales
* Managing and updating product listings to remain competitive
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online messaging in a professional and timely manner
* Identifying sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate
* Monitoring stock levels and ensuring popular items are prioritised
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our online sales channels
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is target-driven, customer-focused, and has a strong interest in the automotive industry.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in online sales or automotive parts sales (essential)
* Good knowledge of motor vehicles and their components
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work independently and meet targets
* Forklift or lifting equipment experience (advantageous but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Adding new parts to our internal system and online store
* Inspecting stock for quality control and assessing damage
* Photographing and accurately describing products
* Dealing with all enquiries via online messages, phone, and email
* Maintaining our Top Rated Seller status
* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, including appropriate use of PPE
Full training in working with electric vehicles will be provided.
