A London-based MSP is on the hunt for a friendly, proactive IT Service Engineer to become a key player in their growing team. What you’ll be doing as an IT Service Engineer
* Be the go-to tech expert for clients, resolving issues across Windows and Mac environments
* Manage tickets and SLAs, keeping clients updated every step of the way
* Set up new devices, manage software installs, and help onboard users
* Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and partners to troubleshoot and deliver solutions
* Contribute ideas, improvements, and insights – your voice counts here
What they’re looking for
* 1–2 years’ experience in an MSP as an IT Service Engineer or similar
* Confident with Windows 10/11, Apple Mac, and Microsoft 365
* Great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
* Calm under pressure, organised, and thorough
* Familiar with helpdesk systems like Halo PSA
Bonus points if you’ve worked with…
* Google Workspace
* Meraki, SonicWall, or similar networking kit
* JAMF or other MDM platforms
* NinjaOne or other RMM tools
* Backup and restore systems
