An award-winning national law firm with a stellar reputation across the UK is seeking an experienced and ambitiousClinical Negligence Solicitorto join its renowned Clinical Negligence team based in Liverpool city centre.
While occasional office attendance may be required, this role is predominantlyremote, offering true flexibility and a healthy worklife balance.
The Role
You will take ownership of a varied and complex caseload of high-value and often complex clinical negligence claims, spanning obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric matters etc.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Partner on intricate, high-value cases, further developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally5 years PQE
2. Strong track record handlinglitigated clinical negligence claims
3. Exceptionalcommunication, analytical, and client management skills
4. Proactive, with the ability to manage abusy and diverse caseloadefficiently
