High Hydraulics are an independent Hose & Hydraulics Company based in North London.
Our aim is to provide an excellent hose repair service within London and around the M25 area. We are, dedicated to providing the highest levels of quality service to our customers.
We are currently recruiting experienced Mobile Hose Technicians to grow the business in this area. The role involves replacing Hydraulics Hoses and Hydraulic Components on site for our customers.
The key to our success is our staff. All applicants must have the following:
- Previous experience of at least 2 year working within the Hose Replacement Industry
* UK driving license for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 3 penalty points.
* A customer focused, hardworking, honest, and reliable attitude.
The contracted working hours for a standard week are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
One weekend in every 3 weekends you will be required to be 'on call'. This means you will need to be available for any jobs that may come through over the full weekend. When 'on call', the contracted hours extend to Saturday from between 8am to 12:30pm. Any work carried out whilst on call after the contracted hours, will be paid at overtime rate.
Any on site work completed outside of the above contracted hours, will result in additional overtime pay calculated at overtime rates.
We offer a base salary of £45059 per year, with the potential to earn more through overtime hours. (Overtime rate is £25 per hours). We also offer salary increases depending on annual performance reviews.
