As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a vital role in protecting Civica’s financial health by improving cash flow and reducing the risk. You’ll take full ownership of your customer portfolio while building strong relationships across the organisation. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your credit control expertise while contributing to Civica’s broader transformation journey.
What you will do to be successful in this role
Responsibilities:
1. Drive cash collections by actively pursuing overdue invoices in line with established KPIs
2. Ensure customer payments are received within agreed terms to support strong cash flow
3. Manage debt-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses
4. Monitor customer accounts, identify risks, and escalate issues where appropriate
5. Maintain accurate collection records, update status codes, and adjust invoice forecast dates
6. Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
7. Prepare and issue monthly customer account statements and process customer credit card transactions securely
8. Support business transformation initiatives and wider efficiency improvements
