Kitchen Porter role at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts – Fairmont St. Andrews, Scotland.
Responsibilities
* To assist with the cleaning of operating equipment during banquet functions or at peak periods in back of house areas related to the outlets.
* To wash and polish all operating equipment and cooking utensils and examine cleanliness before distribution.
* To distribute cleaned equipment to appropriate locations.
* To clear all used operating equipment for washing in accordance with the systems in use.
* To place all cleaned items in the appropriate storage areas or distribute to various outlets.
* To assist in the preparation of operating equipment for functions, inventories and other requirements and distribute.
* To ensure standards with personal hygiene and grooming are consistently met.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Right to Work in the UK.
