Job Role: CNC Miller Setter/Programmer
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Work independently on Mazak Hurco and Haas CNC milling machines.
* Interpret technical engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.
* Devise effective workholding solutions for bespoke components.
* Set and operate CNC mills to produce precision aerospace components.
* Ensure all work meets tight tolerances and quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
1. 🧠 Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience as a CNC Miller in a high-precision, low-volume environment.
* Strong proficiency in offline programming).
* Ability to work from complex technical drawings with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with Mazatrol, Hurco, Fanuc and Haas control systems.
* Aerospace machining experience preferred.
* Methodical, detail-oriented, and committed to producing work of the highest quality.
