Residential Property Lawyer - Cambridge. A Solicitors firm based in central Cambridge is looking to recruit an additional residential conveyancing expert to their thriving and growing team. The firm is open to the level of experience of the individual but it is likely you will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who is able to handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters without intensive supervision. This firm enjoys a fantastic reputation for property work in the Cambridge area as well as further afield in areas such as London. They are able to attract a steady stream of interesting work, often involving high value properties, into the department. This is a team that is thriving and busy but is not a high volume type of environment. Therefore the role would likely suit those looking for more of a traditional Solicitors firm setup.
Responsibilities
* Handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters with limited supervision.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (or equivalent) with experience in residential conveyancing.
