Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of a medium sized, independently owned housing developer. They have multiple sites due to start across 2026 and are in growth despite the housing market. They require a customer care operative to join on a permanent basis. The office is based in Whiteley, but the role requires travel across sites to resolve customer care issues. This permanent role offers a salary between £32k - £38k p/a DOE plus a company van.
Responsibilities
* Resolve defects in customer homes and carry out minor remedial works.
* Ensure a smooth and professional service experience that reflects the company’s high standards.
* Carry out inspections and other duties as requested by the customer care manager/construction director.
* Travel across Hampshire and West Sussex to sites as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role within the new build homes sector.
* Proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding the company’s reputation for quality.
