Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
* Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
* Encourage and develop children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support student development.
* Take part in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
* Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to discipline.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
